What we collect
We collect only what we need to provide our service: the property address you ask us to screen, and the contact details (such as name and email) you provide when you order a report or contact us. This website is a static site; where you use a contact or order link, it opens your own email application — we receive only the message you choose to send.
How we use it
We use your information to generate and deliver the report you request, to respond to your enquiry, and to keep records of the services we have provided. Our lawful bases are the performance of a contract with you and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Sharing and retention
We do not share your personal data except with service providers who help us operate (for example email and hosting), or where required by law. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
